Will I get an official donation receipt at year end?
A: Yes! A tax deduction receipt will be sent to you before Jan 31st for the preceding year.
How do I modify the recurring donation?
A:
- Login to your account.
- Click “Scheduled Giving” .
- You can edit your credit card info on a current scheduled giving. To modify other information, ie. frequency, amount, etc., you’ll have to delete the schedule and re-setup.
How do I cancel the recurring donation?
A:
- Login to your account.
- Click “Scheduled Giving” .
- Click “Delete Schedule” .
When will my first recurring donation take place?
A: The first recurring donation will take place as soon as you complete the online donation.
What if I can’t find the donation category I’m looking for in the pull down menu?
