No test\/note to return to school.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SCENARIO 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Child\/student or staff is a Close Contact* of someone who tested positive for COVID-19<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Consult 2021-2022 CHILDCARE Test Result Decision Tree for guidance; give testing and quarantine instructions accordingly.<\/li><li>If symptomatic, test immediately and repeat test on\/after Day 5 after exposure.<\/li><li>Recommend all others test immediately &amp; on\/after Day 5 after last exposure to case.<\/li><li>Request that test results be reported to the program ASAP.<\/li><li>Tell program administrator and COVID-19 Designee, if you have one.<\/li><li>Program stays <strong>open<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Send relevant notification letters.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SCENARIO 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Child\/student or staff member, regardless of vaccination status, tests positive for COVID-19 in a non-cohort setting (ROLCC\u2019s classification)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>NON-COHORT <\/em>\u2013 Group stays <strong>open<\/strong><\/li><li>Case: Send home with instructions to isolate.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Contact:Use attendance list\/roster &amp; staff\/child input to identify close contacts and send them home.
