The successful candidate will be responsible for providing AVL production for the church.<\/p><h5><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Operate AVL equipment for church services and events<\/li><li>Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and ready for use<\/li><li>Setup, maintain. and repair AVL equipment as needed<\/li><li>Train volunteers on the proper use of AVL equipment<\/li><li>Work with volunteers and church members to create multimedia content for church ministry<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Associate degree in audio, video, and lighting or a related field<\/li><li>At least 3+ years of experience in live event production<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of live production equipment and technologies<\/li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines<\/li><li>Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed<\/li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills<\/li><li>Fluent in Mandarin Chinese<\/li><li>Born-again Christian strongly preferred<\/li><\/ul><p>If you are a skilled and passionate AVL Specialist with the ability to speak Mandarin Chinese and a heart for church ministry, we encourage you to apply.
